Dr. Frank Kurowski

Dr. Frank Kurowski has dedicated his career to helping patients enjoy healthy, comfortable smiles that last a lifetime. His approach combines advanced clinical training, decades of experience, and a genuine commitment to treating every patient with individualized care.

After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California in 1996, Dr. Kurowski has continued to pursue advanced education throughout his career. His passion for learning allows him to offer patients the latest evidence-based techniques while maintaining a conservative philosophy that emphasizes preserving natural teeth whenever possible.

Advanced Training

Dr. Kurowski completed the full continuum at The Pankey Institute, one of the nation's most respected centers for advanced dental education. There he studied comprehensive dentistry with an emphasis on creating healthy, functional, and beautiful smiles designed to last.

He has also completed extensive education through the OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry, where he developed specialized expertise in diagnosing and treating the underlying causes of worn teeth, TMJ disorders, bite problems, chronic headaches, neck and shoulder discomfort, and other conditions related to the chewing system.

Rather than simply repairing damaged teeth, Dr. Kurowski focuses on understanding why the damage occurred so treatment can provide long-term comfort, function, and stability.

A Commitment to Lifelong Learning

Dentistry continues to evolve, and Dr. Kurowski believes his patients deserve the benefits of the latest research and technology.

Each year he completes more than 50 hours of continuing education, participates in advanced study clubs, and collaborates with specialists in orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and restorative dentistry. This collaborative approach helps ensure patients receive comprehensive, well-informed care.

While Dr. Kurowski enjoys every aspect of general dentistry, he has a special interest in helping patients who experience:

Service Before Dentistry

Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Kurowski proudly served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy.

After graduating from Drake University and completing Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island, he served four years as a Surface Warfare Officer aboard the guided missile frigate USS Taylor (FFG-50), deploying with NATO forces in the Atlantic and to the Persian Gulf.

His military service helped shape the discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence that continue to define his dental practice today.
