Insurance and Billing
Effective December 31, 2026, our office will no longer be an in-network provider with Humana Dental Insurance. Beginning on that date, Delta Dental and Cigna Dental will be the only dental insurance companies with which our practice is contracted as an in-network provider.
We will continue to accept other dental insurance plans, including Humana; however, these plans will be considered out-of-network. We are happy to submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf, but coverage and reimbursement will depend upon your individual plan and its out-of-network benefits.
Any portion of your dental care that is not covered or paid by your insurance plan will be the patient’s responsibility and is due in full.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash and credit cards as a form of payment due at the time of service. Unestablished patients or patients with balances due may be asked to provide payment prior to future service.
Please note, cancellations of confirmed appointments must occur at least 48 business hours in advance. Failure of advance cancellation may result in a minimum $50 charge to your account.
