Insurance and Billing

We are in Network with Delta Dental PPO & Premier as well as Cigna Dental PPO. We accept other dental insurance plans, with the exception of Medicaid and Medicare.  Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash and credit cards as a form of payment due at the time of service.  Unestablished

patients or patients with balances due may be asked to provide payment prior to future service. Please

note, cancellations of confirmed appointments must occur at least 48 business hours in advance. Failure of

advance cancellation may result in a minimum $50 charge to your account.
